Jermaine published his memoir “Young, Rich and Dangerous” and later that year co-produced tracks on Jay-Z’s tenth studio album, “American Gangster”.

He then reunited with Usher, Mariah Carey, and then-girlfriend Janet Jackson for their albums, producing multiple tracks on each of them.
